These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloomee app and website (the "Service"), operated by Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited ("Bloomee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. By using Bloomee you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Not medical advice. Bloomee provides general wellness information and statistical cycle estimates. It is not a medical device, not a contraceptive or fertility-control method, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Never rely on Bloomee to prevent or achieve pregnancy. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider for medical questions or emergencies.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@bloomee.in.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Bloomee offers Premium plans: Monthly ₹99, Yearly ₹499, and Lifetime ₹2,999 (prices may change; the price shown at purchase applies).
On iOS, subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account; on Android/web through Cashfree.
Recurring plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account (iOS) or as described in-app (Android/web).
Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store/processor you purchased through (Apple or Cashfree) and applicable law.
Premium unlocks features such as AI Q&A and food analysis; free features remain available without a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts;
Misuse AI features to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. storing logs, generating predictions, sending your prompts to our AI provider). See the Privacy Policy.

7. AI features

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are informational only and are not professional advice. Use judgment and consult a professional where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Bloomee or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Bloomee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
